Converting Surgery Practice into 5 Flats

This is one of our most recent projects.

2 Sydenham Road is an existing project. It is a project which is based in Sydenham Road SE26. It required us to change an old Doctor Surgery into 5 flats. This is a great idea to use an abandoned space to create more space for families, students or individuals to inhabit.

Each flat has their own Bathroom and kitchen. It is also wheelchair accessible and one flat apartment is adapted accordingly to their needs.

During the construction process we have faced many challenged. For example, the Architect oversight and forgot to add a wheelchair accessible bathroom in one of the rooms (Room 5 ). In order to find a solution and to fiz it we have decided to help them by doing the design of the disabled bathroom for them. This has been done  with the help of our architect and with the supervision from the great building control team. After a short wait the bathroom has been built and is not ready for the new tenants to come and inhabit the place.
