Investor: A small family-owned property developer.

Project – build to sell. The developer purchased land attached to the existing property with planning permission. It took us only 6 months to build and 2 months to sell the property by the developer.

The open plan layout on the ground floor with bi-fold doors leads to the private rear garden providing the perfect indoor-outdoor flow for family living and entertaining. The kitchen is fitted with integrated appliances including a fridge/freezer, stainless steel gas hob and oven, washing machine and dishwasher set within a range of base and eye level modern grey handless units and finished with a light quartz countertop. There is also the added convenience of a downstairs W/C.

Upstairs offers a master bedroom with Juliette balcony overlooking the rear garden, a second double bedroom and family bathroom fitted with a modern three-piece suite with a shower over the bath. Both bedrooms are fitted with grey upright radiators which adds to the overall modern feel of the property and provides additional wall space often taken up by traditional radiators.
